* For the counties with * (with the exception of Childcare or Brownfields loans) the Business Finance Unit is only providing assistance to businesses requiring loans of more than $100,000, that are eligible to use CTED's loan funds, and in which the projected job creation/retention of a loan is more than 10-15 FTEs. If the business financing project you are considering fits these criteria contact Jim Keogh (360-725-4041) to arrange for staff assistance. This reduction in service is due to the elimination of a Community Development Finance position in 2003.
